Bathrooms just have a towel to shower and one for the hands. Fridge empty It can be better.

The bathroom was not clean. The switch from the bedroom was broken also the one in the bathroom.

A very nice hotel

Avery nice hotel with a LOT of things to offer. A lot of amenities like restaurants, gym, casino.....just steps away. The hotel in the -1 floor has a "plaza/plazoleta" with many GOOD restaurants to choose for. Unfortunately the breakfast buffet is limited and/or small in food selection but worst than that is that the food is cold besides that they don't let the guests know that the can ask for eggs to be made at the moment in different styles. The EXECUTIVE LEVEL is the way to go.....where you can ENJOY daily free drinks, appetizers and desserts besides having in your room toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, shaving cream, razor, bathrobe and flip-flops.

There was a delay on my flights and got at six in the morning. There were no towels, bathroom floor was not clean, there were still hair on the floor. I know the delay is not the hotels, but the room should’ve been ready.

I don’t have enough words to describe the kindness and attentiveness the personal at this hotel offers to their customers. The area is awesome, surrounded by great restaurants, there is a plaza in the middle of the Wyndham and the Fairfield with umbrella to sit down and enjoy coffee from Juan Valdez or beer from BBC . There is always security everywhere. So you don’t have to look behind your shoulder . The breakfast is very good , lots of choices and again people are there to help you!

The EXECUTIVE LEVEL is the way to go because of all the extras you receive. Unfortunately they don't promote this. The Wyndham has a LOT to offer from many good restaurants to entertainment like the Casino and La Gran Estación shopping center. Once at your room they don't pickup the phone at the reception or concierge....too bad. I had guests and they didn't allow me to show them the restaurant area at the LEVEL which was EMPTY ALL THE TIME of my stay. The breakfast buffet at the regular restaurant was ALWAYS COLD. They didn't let their guests know that you can order eggs different style....too bad. Finally the the service in person at the reception is VERY GOOD and the room's are VERY NICE. You feel welcome ALL the time.

Correct but nothing fancy

The room had a balcony which was not accessible. Besides, the room we were given was close to a shaft or something where there was a continuous noise all night long.
