Worst part is it was so difficult to access the building, outer door would not unlock without many, many swipes. One door would practically never open so we had to go through the opposite side door. But several issues at this hotel.

Great service

The first room we were assigned to had some problems. The bed was not comfortable at all, ether of us slept at all that night after a long day on the road. The toilet was plugged up. We talked to Melisa the manager the next morning. She was very helpful and offered us another room for our second night, which we took. Melisa and the staff took care of things for us and made sure we were satisfied with the second room, which we were. We have family there in Meridian, so we have been staying there on and off since they moved up there about 5 years ago. We have been very pleased with the hotel and the way we have been treated when we stay there. We will not let one bad experience have us not stay there in the future. As I have already mentioned that the staff is great, made sure we were taken care of. The breakfast also is great, and we really like eating there, and getting a good start to our day. Thank you

Staff is not good

Staff was not nice, breakfast was okay, but the person doing breakfast was not nice either.
