Booked a jacuzzi room and it was gross. The tub is cracked and dirty and the cleanliness of the room was subpar as well. Waste of $200 and will never stay here again.

Pool never open.
Posted Feb. 6, 2024 on HotelsThe whole reason we went there was to swim. It sucked because they were closed. The lady said, closed for maintenance or cleaning, but also said she didn't really know. And the key cards to your room can be magnetically erased. I had to go to the front desk twice to have them fixed or get new ones. I talked to another customer about the pool they said it was closed in December of last year when they went too when that's the whole reason they went as well. Wasting their money in a inside pool that's closed but says it is not on their website.

Area around this hotel feels very safe. We walked across the parking lot to grab food at KFC/Taco Bell. Also a Waffle House and a Seven 11 within walking distance. Place is clean and front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was typical. One issue I had was they offer packets of instant oatmeal at breakfast, but there is no microwave to cook it. Seemed strange to me.
