Great hotel, expensive fees.

Very nice hotel and staff. Daily fees are very high. Room was great, tall ceilings and nice views. I ended up staying one extra night and ended up paying an $150 in various fees on top of the price of a nights stay.

We have Gold status on Hotels.com where this hotel is listed as a VIP hotel. We stayed here specifically for the benefits we would receive with our status, specifically $29 off valet and free room upgrade when available. I looked online a few hours to our visit and there were several suites and room levels available above the room we booked. We were not offered any room upgrade. We were not given any information about the hotel, restaurants, coffee, etc. The front staff desk clerk was not very friendly and just checked us in and gave us the direction to the elevators.

The staff was very friendly and informative. Made sure that all our VIP access was explained. Room was spacious, even came with a noise machine. Great restaurants right in the hotel. Walking distance to many sites and BU.
