a) no one mentioned it was not a hotel, which is the search filter I used
b) it was a third floor walk up, and the stairs were crooked and in creaky
c) the wallpaper was peeling.
d) The check in was not coordinated with maintenance (I paid $90 for early check in and the bed was broken and cleaning was not notified of my early checkin)
The mouse trap in the room and the dead rat outside were definitely turn-offs

If you are simply looking for a place to sleep, this is just fine. If you plan on spending any amount of time in the room itself, you need to book somewhere else. I booked for business travel so I spent very little time in the room and it worked out okay. Be aware that only some rooms have a bathroom in the suite (luckily mine did).

The room does not have a central heating system.
It has a portable Decker heating unit. Once you turn on the heater the power of entire room went off. I emailed the unit manager to switch to another room. There was not replied. Instead the unit manager asked me to reset the breaker in the basement. So I have to stay in the unit without heating. The blinds on both sides of windows also smaller than the window size; therefore, the wind can in easily. The weather temperature was around 34 to 36 F
