super nice staff!! I forgot an important toiletries item and they jumped to my rescue!!

Our room was clean and a sound machine was supplied which blocked out any noise. The bad thing was a very strong orange cleaner scent so we had to open the window. Also the breakfast was wiped out by 9:15 AM so we didn’t have many options to eat. And- yuck- another guest reached in to get bread with his bare hand instead of using the tongs.

The Doorman was asleep in the lobby when I had gone downstairs to try and grab my food delivery (which was supposed to come to the room as I had injured my back). Still didn’t wake up after loud talking and walking around in the lobby.

Lived the art and especially individual plates at each door and the art ironing board cover!! All set fun. And breakfast was delish.
