Every staff member treated us with great respect and kindness. Would definitely stay there again.

When I was checking in they said I did t have a room, so the room they put me in wasn’t what I ordered. But she assured me she would charge me more👎. I said of course I shouldn’t be charged more because it’s not what I booked. Very unprofessional. There was not parking like they said and front deck was very unhelpful. There is construction out the front door that started at 7 am. I tried to stay there for convenience and to get rest which non of that happened.

Meh, comfortable bed, clean sheets, good water pressure in shower. Otherwise, pproperty is dated and lackluster.Unable really adjust room temp, was very warm. Bar closed early, like 9pm and had limited options (no IPA or pale ale?) pre-packaged chicken caeser was...edible. Got in at 8:30 from Denver and just wanted a decent small meal and a beer. Nearby restaurant was closed and lobby bar and food were dissappointing. Have to pay for parking. Free Breakfast was great though. Probably wouldn't stay here again.

I thought my room was nice and spacious. I was very disappointed at check in that I was not able to get a room until after the check in time of 3:00 and the front desk gentleman was very rude stating how busy they were, almost at capacity, and my room hadn’t been cleaned yet. They finally found another room. Also disappointed in parking situation, having to go outside to get in and out of hotel. Glad I didn’t have a lot of stuff to tote and glad the weather wasn’t horrible. Would have been nice to have a better situation to park car for check-in especially since I couldn’t check in until after the check in time.

My birthday trip…

A lot more homeless people around than when I last stayed there. Also I wasn’t pleased with the room. The sink backed up. The room itself faces a dirty roof surface so no nice view. I’d say average but I’ll stay somewhere else next time.
