It must’ve been because we booked through a secondary carrier that we were put downstairs at the very last possible room as far away from the front desk as possible. The hotel was not full. We had to walk through cigarette smoke from people smoking by the front door to get into the property, including that of the front desk clerk! We did not book ahead of time as we were waiting to see how far we could get toward our destination on the first day. That being said, the hotel was not worth the $200 that they charged! Even though I booked late. The breakfast was pathetic, not one piece of fruit as an option.

We paid $1000 for 5 days. The sink was cracked and the tub had a gash that was barely repaired with reinforced tape. Management asked for room number but offered neither apology or discount for disreputable room. I won’t stay in this brand again. In the plus side, a young moose walked through parking lot in the early morning.

We don't hold deposits, but we do need a card on file for incidentals. I am so sorry if you weren't aware of that beforehand. We do hope you enjoyed your stay.

Rooms were clean. The attendant was very friendly. Liked it souch we booked a second night after deciding to stay in the area

Has a nice hot tub/pool but unfortunately was out of order during our stay. Staff upgraded our room to a jacuzzi suite!
