Horrible Property

The room that we had requested and paid for at the time of booking wasn't available. Instead of a king bed they gave us a room with a full-size bed. also, the room was disgusting. there was dirt and leaves on the carpet, they shower had mildew and there was dried vomit in the toilet. Obviously, the room had not been cleaned. We requested a full refund for this stay. The hotel agreed but said that Hotels.com needed to call and request the refund.
