Cancelled without notice
Publié le 26 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayArrived to be told it was cancelled two weeks earlier when all we had received was looking forward to seeing you two and three days prior.
Then the host Natalie was rude, inconsiderate to the issue and refused to help. Received cancellation notice ten minutes after talking to her.

Disaster
Publié le 24 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayShowed up to home and was confronted by the home owner stating they had removed their home from VRBO a month prior to the booking. The property manager completely ignored our calls and went into system to cancel. We were refunded but had 12 individuals who had traveled with no place to stay. VRBO was also no help and considered our travel costs and inconvenience our problem.

DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE EVER!!!
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe alleged property owner denied that we had a reservation despite the fact that she had emailed the prior week with activity suggestions and provided the key codes.
However, VRBO was wonderful!!! We were so grateful with VRBO’s offer to put us up in a hotel and enjoyed that time together!! We were able to find another property and had a wonderful time. I cannot locate this home on VRBO any longer so my hope is that VRBO took this psychotic woman and her (?) house off of their rental property listings.

Publié le 20 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was fabulous! The kitchen was fully stocked and the coffee bar was thoroughly enjoyed. TVs in every room, large deck, bedrooms and bathrooms were more than adequate. The only issue I had was the communication with our hostess. Responses back on my questions were delayed by days and even at the home I had a question about recycle receptacle for glass bottles and never got an answer back. But on the positive note before our stay when she finally answered me she was friendly and helpful.

Family Time

Everyone now wants a summer/fall family get together at this wonderful home. And the host Natalie was very helpful with all of our needs. We will definitely be back. ❤️❤️

Relaxing Getaway
Publié le 30 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayLakeview Lodge was just what we needed to step away from the real world for a few days and take in the beautiful lake views and just relax. This house has plenty of room for large groups and had everything we needed. The kitchen has all of the appliances and dishes that you would need and the shuffleboard, pool table and hot tub were great. We didn't get to use the fire pit because of the rainy weather but it was really nice. We are hoping to come back during the summer to enjoy the lake!

Holiday Gathering
Publié le 29 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayImpressive property overlooking Lake Cumberland. Worked very well for our family Christmas gathering consisting of adults, teens and 5-7 year olds. House very clean and an abundance of kitchen ware made cooking in a breeze. Gameroom in basement a hit for all ages. Fire pit used nightly for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. Beautiful Lake Home

Every detail was carefully thought out to include everything one would need to enjoy a weekend at Lake Cumberland! Full game room, exercise room, hot tub, firepit provided. Very comfortable master bedroom, complete kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Nice screened in porch overlooking lake! Highly recommend this home!

Family Lake Trip
Publié le 15 juill. 2023 sur HomeAway12 of our family members stayed at the house. Everyone enjoyed the game room with pool, ping pong and shuffle board games. Had a nice bon fire with s’mores another night. Kitchen was equipped with everything you could imagine to make that family dinner. Traveled over to Conley Bottom Marina and rented out the luxury pontoons, which were very nice!
