Excellent location for train and metro station, easily walkable to the Grand Place. However, tea and coffee facilities not provided in the room.

Bar was excellent. Room outdated and the bathroom smelled like cigarettes most of the time room 102 (maybe near where people smoke). TV oudated and no coffee or tea in rooms. Fan was not working in the toilet.

Arrived very early but a room was found for me (155) - much appreciated. However it was a large room equipped for the less abled and was quite cold, no matter what I did to adjust the heating. Also, the room had an odd smell, like air from a sewer or waste although this was not too strong and oddly, not throughout the room. Nice an quiet - a room at the back of the hotel. Staff were very helpful at all times. The left luggage room was a challenge - very complicated for a simple issue.

Walking distance from the midi station, easy access to transport and walkable distance to Grand place.
