Posted Dec. 8, 2023 on HomeAwayNot as it seems. listing says 3rd floor but is the 4th so be ready to climb some stairs & be careful coming down said stairs w.heavy luggage. Only 1 bedroom is accessible in a reasonable manner. You have to climb a ladder to get to the attic/loft bed. It’s very unsafe. Its wide open up there & getting back down the ladder is a nightmare. There’s no way you can get a suitcase up there. The other bedroom has no electrical outlets to plug in a charger or sleep apnea machine. The fridge is turned off so if you have something to keep cold you will have to wait You must remove your shoes when entering. There is NO parking available AT ALL so be prepared to walk. You can’t exit the building or apt without a key You can’t eat where you want because they are worried about you staining their furniture. They tell you you’d better be out on time or “they’ll know very easily”. If none of these things bother you, have at it - the bed was very comfortable. You might want to bring your own towels - theirs are small and older.
When we called the landlord he said parking wasn’t his problem. When we mentioned the loft bed he said you made a reservation for 2 people & the lower level bed fits 2 people. He should not assume 2 colleagues will sleep together
On a good note,
The view from the window in the morning allows you to see a beautiful sunrise.
We rented for 2 nights but left after 1.

Great place - clean & tidy, and close to public transportation
Posted Jul. 5, 2022 on HomeAwayWe stayed at this property while visiting Brussels for 3 nights, in between our visits to London England and Paris France.
The site is well maintained and has plenty of room. It's located on the 3rd (top) floor, accessed through a winding but well-lit staircase. After climbing the staircases at the Bruges and Ghent belfries, the staircase at this property was no problem!
The owner is super attentive! We made a request for a minor item and it was delivered within a few hours. Checking in and out was so quick & easy.
The only thing to be aware of is the sloping ceilings! It didn't hinder our stay at all, but it is just something you need to be mindful of when accessing certain rooms in the apartment.
If you're considering this property, don't hesitate to book it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

Ideal pour dépanner

Posted Mar. 21, 2023 on HomeAwayPas de protège matelas il avait des grosses taches pas de taie d'oreilles je ne savais pas qu'il y avait une chambre en mezzanine pas préciser dans l'annonce acces avec une échelle de meunier très dangereux pour des enfants et personnes plus de 60 ans .

Posted Dec. 23, 2022 on HomeAwayBel appartement agréable et chaleureux.... mais peu équipé, problème de chauffage, un lit sur mezzanine non sécurisé et non précisé dans l annonce, peu de vaisselle, peu de linge de maison, seulement pour 3, c est dommage car il suffirait de peu pour qu il soit parfait ! Il est en revanche très bien situé, à 1 min du tramway.

Très froid, pas de chauffage dans l'appartement, cloison phonique inexistante, les voisins du dessous ont un bébé 🚼...
Les draps n'ont pas été changé avant notre arrivée...et il n'y avait que 2 serviettes de bain pour 4 personnes, le propriétaire a déposé 2 serviettes le lendemain matin.
Nous sommes répartis tous enrhumés....

Appartement à recommender!
Posted Dec. 28, 2019 on HomeAwayNous avons passé un agréable sejour dans cette appartement qui se situe dans un endroit calme pas loin de l'Atomium. L'appartement est très propre, dans une état impeccable. Super communication avec le propriétaire. Monsieur réponds très vite aux messages. À recommender!
