Lovely old fashion hotel in the central Budapest

If I can be honest, I would rather stay in the "older" rooms than in the newly refurbished rooms. the new room are super small, smell very bad and its not that clean as the older room. Which is strange... But highly recommended for a weekend-break.

The hotel is situated perfectly for a visit to Budapest. There are numerous transportation options right outside the hotel including the metro line, the city bus line and the hop on/off stop. There are also a lot of food options in the same area.

computer in house did not get yahoo
prostitutes in the lobby at night
breakfast is very good

Twin beds are quite uncomfortable as they are on wheels! Bathroom not cleaned to the highest standard.

Our hotel is surrounded by 3 streets: Múzeum street, Kossuth street and Magyar street. While the first 2 are busy main roads with public transportation - including airport bus - stops, Magyar street is a more quiet side street. For a next visit, we recommend you the fully renovated Superior rooms, which are overlooking to this more quiet street.
