The bathtub had dirt in it. Sheets had stains on them. Closet had someone clothes in it. Front desk not helpful. I had to email hotel general manager, as of morning, no response.

Disorganization and dirty room
Publié le 27 févr. 2024 sur HotelsAs a typical business traveler I stay frequently in this class of hotel. This had to be my worst experience in recent memory. The room I was given was not ready and not clean. There was no remote and the coffee bar had not been refilled. The floors were dirty and there was a bad stain on the couch that needed cleaning. In the bathroom there was mold on the upper wallpaper and the sink drain was missing. When I checked in for my four night stay the front desk made my keys only for three days. The food pantry for snacks had not been restocked. The breakfast was very good and that space was clean.
I asked to have housekeeping come to my room and clean it but the bathroom floor was still left dirty. The same clump of dirt was on the floor after two housekeeping visits. The head of housekeeping came to my room with another employee and opened the door without knocking and fortunately I was dressed. This place needs a new management team.
