Very disappointed in what I paid for. Paid over 300$ and would not have spent 50$ to stay there. Many things in the room was broken needing repairs and shower did not drain. Couldn’t even take a shower.

Staff was great. Room was ok. Not undated, no refrigerator and the cable was not really cable. Very few channels. Fitted sheet kept coming 😒. It was pretty quiet but had a few inconsiderate people being loud outside the rooms. But....they dont charge for pets.

The property was very disappointing. From Vehicles in the lot on jack stands, hairs on the "clean" sheets, and roaches in the fridge, I did not want to stay in that room any longer than 30 minutes. We opted to leave the majority of our stuff in my truck rather than bringing it in as I was concerned about the cleanliness. When I realized exactly how bad the room was, I walked to the front desk and told them I was leaving and why. I will say that the staff did offer to move us to a different room, however there was no way I would let my family stay there. I was genuinely fearful for my children's safety. I found it more convenient to drive through white out conditions and thunder snow to a different hotel, rather than stay any time in this hotel. Thankfully for my family we made the decision to leave as we were snowed into our next hotel for 2 nights. Would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel. Will be filing a complaint with expedia for a refund, or with my credit card company if it comes to that.
