very easy access, good for an overnight stay. room was very clean and great breakfast. only point noted on our stay was the bed, mattress was old and soft

Arrived at hotel, system down unable to check in. Then told the parking lot is closed so not able to leave vehicle there for the weekend, which the reason why we selected this hotel was the ability to leave you vehicle.
At 10pm awoke to hotel staff banging on door, by the time I answered nobody there, called to front desk they said they got the wrong room. No apologies.
Will not return, and will not recommend.
Spend your money else where and stay at a real property

Thanks for sharing this with us. This is something very uncommon at Sleep inn and suites. The staff always does their best trying to make the guest stay amazing. We offered parking is one the best things we have at our hotel. Sometimes due to high demand in parking we do not accept walk ins. You can book the parking with time and will be available for you. For your next stay we will do our best to make it better. Hope you consider staying with us again!

Somehow I got double booked on the same night and charged. There was also a reservation booked for one night at the end of March. Turned out, with investigation that the booking was not mine. but someone else with the same last name.
