The hotel is very conveniently placed for the opera house and the pavillion gardens. Staff helpful. Would definitely stay again

All staff members were charming and efficient. Lovely dining room and great breakfast. Hotel full of old world atmosphere. One suggestion, new carpet in public areas would improve 1st impressions

Warm welcome
Publié le 25 févr. 2024 sur HotelsIt was our second visit and we weren’t disappointed. The reception was warm and welcoming, all the staff apart from the restaurant were lovely. The only downside this visit was the staff doing breakfast, we arrived for breakfast and weren’t greeted by anyone, none of the staff made any effort to inform us of the breakfast situation. I had to ask which I don’t particularly mind but it was not a very nice experience overall for first thing in the morning. Will return though as we had a lovely stay.
