The security process for the rooms is great. Everything felt new and was extremely clean. The down sides are the rooms are veruy small. I mean small. So crowded. Abd there is nowhere to put clothing or luggage. As in no place to set luggage except on the bed or floor wher it becomes a major obstical. There is NO dresser or chest of drawers so no where to put things away except a small clothes rod with a few hangers. This was a 4 person two bed room. I CANNOT IMAGINE if you actually had FOUR people in this room. One chair and no where to set luggage and belongings. Garely enough floor space to walk around the bed and thats if all luggae is ON the bed. The staf was very pleasant and attentive. There is a restaurant on the property that we were banking on but it was closed for renovations and that caused unplanned problems. But I do recommend this place, just be ready for the things I mentioned. It is super close to the ocean and everyone is super nice in this entire area.

This hotel is the worst we have ever stayed in. On the day we showed up to register, the front office was closed. The owner/operator eventually showed up and led us to our room. The rooms are located outside of the lobby and towards the rear of the building. A glass door leads you down a long singular narrow hallway. We were handed the keys and advised that we were the only clients and that the owner/operator was going home. This meant we were left alone in a building. Once in the room we realized that there are no windows, phone, microwave, closet or dresser with drawers to store anything. The surrounding area is desolate and caused us to feel unsafe and unguarded. The shower head was broken and sprayed water over the curtain on onto the floor and walls which we had to mop up. A sign above the toilet seat read that if the toilet malfunctions while we are occupying the room and a plumber is called, the plumbers fee will be charged to our bill. The hotel advertises they have a restaurant however, it was not open the following day. Our plan was to stay 7 days but we cut our time short and checked out on the morning of our 4th day. Again, there was no one in the building or office and we left the keys behind and left. We called the owner advising her that we checked out. Upon inquiring about a refund on the remaining 3 days we paid for, we were advised that their policy states that they give no refunds but offer credit for any future stays. Zero concept of hotel hospitality.

Saludos Cynthia, agradecemos su visita en nuestro alojamiento. Usted llego el 4 de septiembre de 2023 a nuestras instalaciones (día del trabajo,feriado). Con mucho agrado le recibimos y le indicamos que estabamos trabajando solos, ya que nuestros empleados no asistieron ese dia. Cuando se les entrego las llaves se le explico de que eran cada una. A su vez, se les informo que mientras se mantuvieran las puertas de cristal cerradas iban a estar seguros. Dos dias despues, tuvimos contacto en recepcion donde le ofrecimos limpieza de habitacion y hacer el cambio de cabezal de la ducha y usted declino el servicio debido a que abandonaria el alojamiento el proximo dia. Como bien usted indica, sus planes eran hospedarse 7 dias. Sin embargo, acortaron su estadia y se marcharon en su cuarto dia notificando su miedo por la aproximacion del posible huracan llamado Lee. El caballero que le acompañaba tambien expreso que se retiraban del hotel y regresaban a la Florida por temor al mismo. El mensaje que usted indica sobre el indoro, es con el proposito de evitar complicaciones, ya que se le provee un zafacon ancho para todos los desperdicios de papel. En cuanto al restaurante, este tiene un horario establecido de miercoles a domingo. Le ofrecemos nuestras disculpas por su insatisfaccion con nuestro alojamiento. 8:30 am there is loud music, an it ended last night about 11:30 pm. Overall, rooms are clean.
