Too expensive not worth it

Over priced food and the taste sucks, expensive boat rides to get in and out of the island, bad customer service, no swimming pool if the beach is low tide. I’ve been there 3 times giving this resort a chance but still no improvement and its getting worst. Its a waste of money. Too expensive and we didn’t enjoy. Disappointed again.

The island itself could have been great. So much potential but unfortunately it was not maintained, beach is dirty, the accommodation facility is dilapidated and the high price is not worth it. Staff however were friendly and available foods were tasty though very spendy. This could have been Maldives of the Philippines if rehabilitated and cleaned. I hope it will be someday but my kids had terrible impressions of it and will not come back.

Overpriced boat fees
No showers working- faucet and toilet had salt water unusable
Food menus were a farce as everything selected was NOT available -
Only bar closed at 8:30pm so no beverages in the evening
Advertised floating boat bar was a broken down piece of crap that all guests agreed was a waste of time
Construction all over the site (dangerous for children)
This hotel should charge less than $50 a night or closed down until good quality facilities are available
Shame as beach is nice sand
