This suite was clean, nicely decorated & well equipped. Good neighbourhood close to MRU. Second bed (futon) is not suitable for an adult as it is very small, but would be ok for a child to sleep on. The suite is not soundproofed very well and the people upstairs are very noisy. I’d recommend staying here if you don’t need the second bed as it is clean, convenient, and well priced.

It was an OK place to stay. Nothing spectacular but clean and well designed and decorated.

The suite was ok. Little cleaning details were missing - moldy Brita water jug and a sizeable dried pee stain on the floor. (Pet friendly). Well designed and friendly communication with hosts. I thought the lockbox in the fridge full of snacks was tacky. (I didn’t even want to know what they would have charged for access to it) and they were very clear in their communication how much we would be charged for a late checkout (... but if you ask us now, it’ll only be $25 for an extra hour). There were no extra garbage bags and only two towels - not a tragedy, but not “luxury” as advertised.

Unfortunately we weren’t informed of a defective Brita filter but have since changed it out. The stain on the floor was actually from our hand sanitizing station and not from a previous pet. We have worked hard to keep our nightly pricing extremely competitive. Not all guests require an early arrival, late check out, snacks pets etc which we are able to offer schedule permitting.
