Do not recommend

Very minimal communication. Phone lines don’t work. Did not end up staying here due to lack of information. Would not recommend.

Would not recommend to others or stay again!

The biggest downfall with this condo was, these three things. The first was gaining access. The second was cleanliness, and the third was the deposit. - You need a fob to get into the entrance of the building. Once you’re in the entrance you can put the code in to get the fob. Do you see the problem here you need the fob to get in to get the fob so we ended up waiting for a resident that would let us in so we could get access to the keypad so we could get access to the fob. So we could have access to the condo. It wasn’t straightforward or easy. It took probably a little over 45 minutes. We were just lucky we didn’t have at tight schedule. -when we got access to the condo we were happy with how everything looked. It was how it was described in the ad BUT when we went to bed there were crumbs in the sheets and we noticed the bed stunk like perfume on the pillows but not other places and the sheets definitely had perfume smell and cologne from previous occupants, the bed was not clean the sheets had crumbs in them! -the third problem we had was the deposit they take their sweet time getting you your deposit back. It would be nice if it was a keep your credit card on file and charge you if there’s problems, like most hotels, but it’s a charge deposit that they take well over a week to get back to you still waiting on getting my deposit back. We actually left the apartment cleaner then we got it so I will be really disappointed if we don’t get the full deposit back.

As stated there, you don't need a fob to get inside for the first time as it's one by using buzzer on the entrance door. Unfortunately, you have not informed our customer support about any issues you encountered during your stay. We would have assisted you and resolved them for you. Communication and customer service was awful from the beggining. The amount of info and pictures they needed with unclear and misleading direction made it a long and frustrating online check in process. One bedroom had a smell that was almost unbearable. Along with the bedding and pillows. There was cleaning supplies left on the ground and we had to put away dishes that was left in the dishwasher. Lights and plugs throughout were not working. Only one elevator was working so it took 10 minutes just to get down to the lobby. But the views were amazing!

The pictures for this apartment are misleading. Its advertised as modern its far from that but as it was holiday week i had limited alternative options. Seems like they don't always do a good job cleaning between customers as the dryer still had stuff in it. Dishwasher was still loaded and one of the 2 sink basins had dried pasta under the sink strainer. Location was good and convenient. It has potential to be a good place just needs some TLC and higher standards for he money they charge.
