Bed was lumpy. When i sat on end to put on shoes other end of bed popped up. Im not overweight. No bedspread, just a blanket. No wash cloths or cleaning service. Kitchen area just paper cups no coffee or tea. No Ice bucket.

In reviewing your reservation, we would first like to address the bed. Most of our rooms have had new mattresses placed, this room is one of those. The mattress popping up was fixed and would have been fixed if prior knowledge during your stay. The blanket in that room was a thick blanket will new heater, did not see the need of a bedspread. Cleaning service is provided, unfortunately you may have been missed or not in need at the time. We provide coffee upon request as we don't leave in rooms for sanitation purposes. We do apologize for that your stay was not what you were expecting, but hope you will see us again some day. Thank you and well wishes

They canceled my reservation in the morning when i made it here on Expedia. I paid in full for it and they canceled the paid for reservation and refused to return my security deposit from previous nights stay...a $350 money grab from me! Please make this right Expedia!

Laura, Please do not lie. You were in our room 44 (smoking) a night before ,next day you booked our multiple studio which is exclusively a non smoking room. Besides that around 10 am same day police came looking for you and arrested you in the case of a stolen car, I saw hand cuffs in your hand and police dragging you towards their car, so this made me cancel the booking that we do not give room to those who are involved in police case. But I did not charge you any thing as I cancelled it. Regarding the room deposit, until 2o'clock we did not receive any key from police and they were here and we were constantly loosing customers, plus the room was very messy, so we did not give you the deposit but you were not leaving the premises so we paid 50 dollars to the taxi driver to drop you at your destination because you said that you don't have any money. The constable Arcega is the witness as we told him and he explained you everything.I am going to complain to him that you have brought false accusation on us that we charged you for the room.

If you book online, pay online. If you don't prepay online and decide to pay at the hotel. The hotel might bill you for more that your online reservation. I will never stay at The Red Carpet Inn in Calgary, AB ever again. Because it was old and dirty. But mostly because they cheated me as above. Hope this helps save other people some greif.

This is wrong. You booked this room on expedia 160+ tax+174.40. We charged you exactly same.We charged you 80 dollars as deposit, and next day we refunded you. We have the proof of all the receipts. I am trying to copy and paste here ,but some how not letting me to so. Please send me your email address. I will send you the receipts.Regarding old and dirty ,I will agree that it is definitely an old building but not dirty .It is very well maintained. Cleaners clean and sterilize then front desk agent double check and make sure that room is clean and everything which customer need is there.
