The rooms are needing some repairs and updating. We stayed for 5 nights for a business trip - found that rooms are not serviced by housekeeping unless requested. We have never encountered that before.

Regarding the housekeeping services we offer, typically it does stand as a request-by-request process. This operation only exists to ensure we are acting upon the privacy of our guest(s) and remaining diligent when asking for access into the rooms. However, your stay as an entirety was still not met with the expectation that we would have imagined for you, and for that we offer our deepest apologies. Perhaps, when making a future reservation with us, the front desk team can have a look to see if a potential upgrade is available. Had a very good meal at the hotel restaurant Bar One. Looking forward to eating breakfast in the other hotel's restaurant Denny's in the morning before hitting the road again. Friendly staff.

The Staff here is absolutely so awesome, making our stay here, so much more enjoyable! The rooms are uniquely designed, and there patio suites here are great!
