On the whole and for the purpose I needed the room for it was good.
Unfortunately, the shower hadn't been cleaned properly and detracted from the rest of the room.

As a smoker there was a table and chairs in front of the Perkins building down near the street.
No ashtrays or rubbish bins so butts everywhere and garden area unkept and overgrown 😞

On walking into reception, the foyer smelt beautiful. The staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were specious and clean. Definitely return
