Very nice place while visiting Australian Capital located in the Central Business District with a lots of places to eat and shop. Close to historic downtown of Canberra and surrounding areas.

Housekeeping was poor. No soap in bathroom. No exhaust fan in bathroom but a sign threatening a $500 fine if steam goes outside, did not change any clean glasses.. housekeeping did not pick up one piece of rubbish left on the floor staff very friendly at reception, but housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. Old facilities, will not stay there again.

I was travelling through on holiday with a vehicle with a kayak and a height limitation, the staff were helpful and knowledgeable about my issues and ensured we would have a solution. This is also a great location and facility, i will happily be back. Thank you

Conveniently located. Just the balcony looked bit dirty from dust. TV and table looked old.. otherwise location was near to bus stops

Parking expensive and unreliable , two nights out of the stay we were forced to find alternative parking as the carpark was full.
