Great, no, awesome neighbourhood in terms of eating out options and groceries. Clean apartment. Well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, cutlery and crockery and a coffee capsule machine. You can walk to the train station if you're taking the train to/from Sydney and there's buses every half hour or better to get to the city centre. You can also rent a couple of bikes from reception. Or it's a short drive to most places you'd want to go to in Canberra as a visitor. Decently priced given the location and neighbourhood, especially if you're travelling as a group.
Just lacking in attention to details in design and maintenance but nothing major - nitpicking, really - e.g. Lack of bug strips or seals between the glass doors and flyscreen doors on the balconies, the wrong sized flyscreen doors being installed for their respective glass doors, some cosmetic damage to gyprock and paintwork that could've been prevented through the installation of doorstops. Again, nitpicking.

Terrific service for a very comfortable and well appointed stay. Local village in Kingston short walk away. Easy location for walking.
Pool was great to have during hot days.
Will recommend to friends without hesitation.

Loved staying here. So spacious and clean. Cannot fault the apartment at all. Will definitely stay again when next in Canberra overnight.
