Paid $320 for a Suite. Jacuzzi tub was broke , and the Fan that controls the Heat was broke in not one, but both rooms. I had 2 kids with me who were all unpacked. Didn’t even bother going and letting front desk know as it wouldn’t cha be my stay because no other suites available and we would have had to pack up . Very unfortunate

Five star stay

Very clean comfortable place to stay. I was impressed by the “brag book” of famous athletes and celebrities who have stayed here. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining that are room was away from elevator because it was a studio suite and regular rooms are closer. Breakfast bar was fantastic. Clean fresh food. Hot coffee in morning hit the spot. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. Very nice location. We will be back and would recommend to anyone.

Amazing stay as always at this hotel. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Breakfast is great! Our go to stay when we come every 3 months to visit family!

The staff was friendly, helpful and available at all times. The staff note in my room was sincere and made me feel welcome from the beginning.
