Parfait pour un arrêt sur la route…ou plus! Chambre familiale très grande et coin repas apprécié!

Les tapis seraient dû à être changé. Mauvaise première impression. Une robe de chambre aurait aussi été appréciée.
Sèche cheveux non opérationnel et pas de plan B.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We apologize that your first impression was not satisfactory due to the carpets. We will take it into consideration and work on improving our carpets so that our guests can have a more pleasant stay. In regards to the lack of a dressing gown, we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will consider adding them to our amenities list. We are sorry to hear that the hair dryer was not operational and that we did not have a plan B in place. We will make sure to have a backup hair dryer available for our guests in case of any future malfunctions. Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour. Chambre propre. Près du centre-ville de Canmore (pouvions s'y rendre à pieds). Seul bémol : le climatiseur qui est inégal et qui envoie l'air directement sur la personne couchée de ce côté du lit.
