Security and room conditions need to be better.

The first room on the first floor that was assigned to me had a window lock that cannot be locked. It had been torn through the metal stile. I was shocked someone would even be assigned such a room. My second room was a bit dirty and maintenance in general can't keep up with all the issues. You can tell extensive repairs and maintenance has been donen (caulking and painting), but the conditions are so bad with water and moisture damage they really need to start a remodel.

Great breakfast, friendly staff. Water pressure left something to be desired. Otherwise they would have received 5 stars.
