The faucet for the tub/shower in our room was running. We could neither turn it off to make the annoying sound stop, nor turn it further on to actually use the shower. There was hair in the tub, too. Gross. No other rooms were available. Maintenance, although called, never came to take a look at it. We could hear the water running even through the closed bathroom door. Very disappointing stay.

There was a lot of road noise all night. When we arrived one of the staff was smoking out front and having a loud phone conversation not a professional image. Also liquor bottle in the planting area at the front door. All the windows needed a wash.

Manager was not helpful skipped out when needed for a booking mixup. No hot water will not ever stay here again

Friendly staff. Due to our late (2 a.m.) arrival, we asked for late checkout and was given it without question. The room was clean and bed was comfy.

Amenities not working

I booked this stay because the hotel advertises a jacuzzi but it wasn't working. When I tried to cancel with refund, they refused. So I didn't cancel but when I arrived they had my reservation as canceled. So then I had to wait to see if they could reverse the cancellation that I did not make.

Grumpy staff

Room was very good, clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was MIA each time I went. Long wait times until they returned. Breakfast staff was grumpy and nasty. No sense of customer relations. Good room but I will not staff again.
