Nuitée au Stevens Inn à Carlsbad

Petit déjeuner correct sans plus.
Le personnel est souriant et disponible.
Restaurant FLUME au sein de l’hôtel où nous avons très bien dîné.

Hôtel moyen et correct, bien placé
Publié le 27 oct. 2015 sur HotelsBonne situation pour visiter les cavernes. L'hôtel était correct dans son ensemble, hormis 2 points : travaux sur le parking de l'hôtel qui faisaient chantier, et petit déjeuner moyen avec serveuses peu réactives.

Aubade à Carlsbad
Publié le 24 août 2015 sur HotelsNous avions planifié 1 nuit, nous en avons fait 2. Très bon établissement, propre et spacieux, bien situé, à quelques minutes de l'aéroport et une demie-heure des grottes. Grand choix de commerces et restaurants à proximité. Très bien.

Once we finally found the hotel, it looked old worn out and was in a sketchy area. We ended up not staying at all. Where afraid that our belongings would be stolen from our vehicle at night. We just left and drove down the road a bit and found another place to stay.

Thank you for your feedback Shawn. We are on the main highway in Carlsbad near Chili's, Wal-Mart, and Carlsbad Chevrolet. We rarely, if ever, have any theft at our property. Have a great day

Door wouldn’t latch without almost slamming it. Bathroom door drug on the floor, handle and lock were barely in the door. Bathroom fan didn’t work. The sink faucet barely worked. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned. Tv remote hardly worked sometimes, had to operate the tv by the buttons on the side. Checked with desk at about 10 pm, about the remote, night clerk basically told me I was sol!
