Great Hotel and even better staff members
Posted Apr. 20, 2023 on HotelsOne of the best hotel experiences i have ever had. It mostly starts with Angela at the front desk. She knows everything about the area. If you are there visiting the battlefields, the abbey, or looking for a place to eat, she can tell what you need to know. My wife needed laundry service with a quick turn around time. She had someone make sure it was done by the end of the day. The smartest thing this hotel can do is keep Angela.
The room was clean, AC worked well, great layout, and staff was professional. Highly recommend.

Posted Oct. 16, 2019 on HotelsVery nice hotel and excellent location just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Restaurant was excellent and the wait staff was above average. I will give it 4 ½ stars. If it had a pool it would be 5 stars. I have found that most Best Western facilities in Italy and France are as nice as you can get without breaking at the bank.
