Visiting with dear friends
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HomeAwaySo thankful to have had the chance to share some time with a dear friend of mine and her husband (who grew up in Celina!) after working in Knoxville for the weekend. This was the perfect spot to (attempt) do some fishing and relax with friends. The fire pit was perfect for making s'mores!

Relaxing get away
Publié le 25 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayOur grown boys were each able to get away from their jobs and join us. We all had a great time. Did some fishing on one of the prettiest lakes I've ever been on. Also enjoyed touring the surrounding area. Will be back.

Quiet place for a quick stay
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayA cute no frills cabin. Basics are provided such as toilet paper, paper towels and kitchen utensils. The back porch has a swinging porch over looking the river. A fire pit is great for relaxing evenings by the river and smores. Overall a good experience for a short term stay

Fishing for spring break
Publié le 16 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayMy husband, son, and I took a few days on school spring break to go relax and do some fishing. The place was perfect for that. It was quiet, right on the river, and only a few minutes from the Dale Hollow Dam and Lake so we went there for a few hours one day as well. Quiet for relaxing and close enough to town to go grab a DQ Blizzard since calories don't count on vacation, right!! The host, Jonathan, was so nice and very quick to respond. Thank you!!
