Ashwood stay

The hotel was conveniently located and reasonably priced. It was clean and well appointed and the management were friendly and helpful. However the only downside was that the wi-fi could not connect and we could not use our phones or tablets. We told management and they gave us alternatives, however, none of them worked. While it's not a huge issue, but rather inconvenient as there were a couple of things i needed to attend to, which i was not able to do.

We liked that we could park right outside our room and the location was quiet and easy to get to. The room was clean . Our bed and mattress were old and seemed small in size. It was extremely noisy and creaky. So we didn’t sleep very well. The tv was terrible could only get one station and the rest was pay for view. No written directions for tv use. Cable with a guide would have been better. The bath tub and shower were old and small.

We appreciate your time and feedback. We do have complete digital cable offered by hotel on our Televisions. Along with other apps as a Netflix, Disneys etc for guest to enjoy on their account. One phone call would have sent help right away. We will consider the mattress to replace. We are sorry to know your stay was not as it should be. We apologize for inconvenience.

Very clean everywhere. The room was spotless. The owners were very helpful and nice people. Couldn't do enough for us. If we called for something, they were right there! We couldn't get over the size of the property. Many things for kids to do over a few days. Best to go for a couple nights on the weekend with kids because otherwise the slow days during the first of the week, not everything is open. We will stay again.
