No blankets on the bed Had to go get them. Nit a trash can in the room any where, and the water wasn’t warm enough to take a shower. We will never stay there again. Oh the bed frame squeaked loud if you just twitched and I’m a small person.

This non-smoking hotel smells like smoke, in the hallways and in my room. The clerk is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. She doesn’t below in any customer facing position. The clerk and this smokey hotel give Expedia and WoodSpring a bad name.

Customer service was horrible, hots kept hanging up in my face I was not able to check in

Hello,I would like to formally apologize to you for your experience with us at woodspring suites. I'm not sure if this was the exact issue but we did experience phone issues and internet issues last night. If there's anything I can do for you please call the hotel back and ask to speak with "Dee" the manager. I would like to make this up to you for the inconvenience of not being able to check in.
