Stayed due to an unexpected layover in Charlotte. The front desk staff was exceptional. Do kind, helpful, friendly, etc. Nice, clean, comfy bed!

Hallway was freezing cold but room was cozy. Shuttle took 40 minutes to pick us up from airport after we called to be picked up.

Call to get a shuttle for the hotel, and they told me it would take about 15 minutes. 35 minutes later a shuttle bus came. The shuttle came and in seconds it was full. The driver said she would be back in five minutes. 20 minutes later she showed up and drove us to the hotel. When I got there, there was a long line for Check In and had to wait another 30 minutes to get checked in. So as you can see, it took an hour and 25 minutes from my phone call at the airport about 9:30 PM till I got to my room. Very disappointing after a long trip.

GFI outlet in the bathroom was loose. Needs to be replaced.
