The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating- they helped me surprise my partner with a bottle of champagne in the room and we had a room with an excellent view! The only downside was that we were too close to the rooftop bar that we heard the guests leaving and smelled cigarette smoke from the vents. The staff had no way of knowing and they did the most to make our stay special! Will definitely stay there again.

The bigger lady that checked me in was SOOOOOO RUDE I JUST SPENT $500 and she was RUDE AND NOT NICE AT ALL!!!! She just seemed irritated and annoyed she wasn’t a good look for the business whatsoever!!!
