Front desk couldn’t check me in at first because of a technical glitch between them and Expedia. They weren’t going to honor the price or the reservation but eventually did. Temperature control didn’t work in the room. Shuttle was late for the airport in the morning

Very nice stay

Late check in was a breeze,desk clerk was wonderful. Came in on a late flight and was surprised to find a pantry for a quick meal ☺️

3rd time's the charm

The hotel was decent for the price paid. It was an older property and it could stand some upgrades. The first room we were given had a huge crack in the window. The second room we were given smelled like cigarette smoke. The third room was clean and smoke free, but there was food left in the fridge from previous guests. Patrick was really accommodating and had excellent customer service. It was fine for one night. I'd probably choose another hotel chain next time.
