We chose this hotel for the heated pool. The pool didn’t have any heat to it the whole weekend. It was probably 50 degree water so we couldn’t swim. This was the main reason we chose this property

Weird location amongst another hotel, garage/gas station and McDonald's. Reception staff on arrival not very helpful. Would not stay there again.

Close to Lookout Mountain and Ruby Falls . Offers free breakfast and has an indoor pool and is pet friendly . Place is clean and check in was smooth.

We loved our 2 night stay at the Comfort Inn. Wish the pool was heated but otherwise was fantastic. Staff was great too.

It was a great stay. It is side by side another hotel so it was quite noisy but nothing you wouldn’t expect in a tourist area. The staff was fabulous. They had a nice breakfast but the dining area is quite small. But overall a really nice stay.
