Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsWe had an issue when we checked in with the cleanliness of our room. We called down to reception and spoke to Libby (fab member of the team). She apologised offered us a change of room with an upgrade and complementary breakfast during our stay.

Beautiful and clean hotel in a lovely location. The staff were hugely welcoming and friendly and i wiukd happily stay bere again.

I would highly recommend to stay at the Leonardo Hotel Chester. Ideally located for access to shops and bars. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choices and variety. A brilliant stay albeit for one night but highly recommended!

Whilst staying here for a sad reason this time, it was as always comfortable and calming to come back to after a long day. Staff are always helpful and the beds are top notch. I recommended it to friends and family staying for the same reason and all were grateful. Will always stay here when in Chester.
