A lovely warm welcome

Arrived late after midnight with an injury, I could only walk slowly with a stick,the lady was so helpful came to help me, carried some extra drinks of coke from the bar to our room for us, as my husband had the dogs and bag with him, she was extremely helpful, the hotel has been updated so much since our previous stay when it was a days inn, had a great nights sleep and had a lovely hot shower the following morning, we certainly will be back for another stay

Definitely worth a visit.

Staff at the hotel are excellent, polite and they are very helpful. If you are only staying a few nights the food at the hotel or services are adequate.

Compact double room

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean, modern & secure. It had good facilities, only lacking a hanging space/hangers & drawer space. Ok for a couple of nights. Will bring a couple of coat hangers with me next time. Only issue during my stay was the noise from & lack of operating instructions for the heating/air conditioning unit.

Great stopover!

Lovely place to stay. We were upgraded for free from a twin room with sofa bed to a two bedroom. Was great for the kids to have a room of their own. Staff really friendly and helpful. Room clean.

Pleasantly comfortable. Especially we were concerned if a service area in motorway maybe noisy, but wasn't at all. Clearly newly furnished. Continental breakfast good quality for its price. Near service restaurants 24 HR McDonald's) also a plus. Will definitely considered again

Overall, our stay at the motorway budget hotel was decent considering the price. Check-in was smooth, and the reception staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as it was dusty upon arrival and required a minor wipe-down. Additionally, we encountered some issues during our stay, such as the toilet roll not being refilled after the first night, the coffee mugs not being cleaned or the coffee and tea not being replenished with supplies. Surprisingly, despite being located next to the motorway, the most bothersome noise seemed to come from what appeared to be a boiler. Despite these drawbacks, for the price paid, it was still a bargain.

Parking is free here when you enter your reg. Room facilities are good with temperature control and clean en-suite. Could use more coat / towel / bag hooks on wall.

Wonderful experience!

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Amazing customer service skills. We stayed for 2 nights, the hotel is in a convenient location and is excellent value for money. We would definitely visit again.

Pristine in every area, and delightful staff. Comfy bed. perfect little shower room. What more do you need?! The only little niggle is that the walls/doors are a bit thin so you do hear other guests. But I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Ellie needs promoting

Elie is a real asset to super 8…nothing is a bother to her…she made me feel very welcome&deserves promotion as she takes real pride In her job…Jim didn’t acknowledge me each time I stood at reception he made me wait…as he stared at the screen finishing what he had started!he didn’t seem happy when asked for food Plus pizza and chips were undercooked and soggy sadly…I asked for salt&pepper produced a salt grinder &said I could take it to the room! Presuming I was eating there…and not at a table at reception,felt like he was most happy when having the reception area to himself…2nd night had chips…again soggy and undercooked with a warped lid that wouldn’t close due to heat…strong smell of weed in room..discovered why it was stenchy&cold on last night,window ajar with a weed package wedged in it…I wasn’t happy&when I told him he just took the package off me and binned it saying some people will do anything…I said if our family had been with me I would have been livid…no reply..also constant noise with chairs&furniture getting dragged across the laminate floors..the hotel was newly refurbished so I was pleasantly surprised…had it not been for Ellie’s friendliness I would have only stayed 1 night…she made the difference when far away from home and for that reason I will gladly return with family
