Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsDifficult to find the entrance due to refurbishment going on!! Room was ok… someone left the window open so was cold when first checked in! Light not working on one of the night tables. Very uncomfortable mattress. Quite expensive for room only

A Day and a night in Chester!
Publié le 8 mars 2024 sur HotelsThe Hotel is undergoing renovations so getting about was a bit difficult for my husband who is slightly disabled. No lift in various parts of the Hotel. I was the speaker to a ladies luncheon club and the fire alarm (activated by the builders) kept going on and on just when I was about to start my talk! Not the Hotel's fault! At one point we were ushered out into the courtyard!

This is the third time I’ve stayed at this hotel and it won’t be the last the staff are really friendly and the breakfast is excellent definitely will be coming back again soon

The return
Publié le 24 févr. 2024 sur HotelsSecond time at the Queens hotel chester, first time about 5years ago. Returned and once again found the hotel to be every thing we wanted, even whilst a refit was going on.
We had a great room, staff could not do enough for us. Will not be leaving it another 5 years.
