Seems like people stay at the hotel long term and they don’t care about guests around them, they’re noisy and smoke inside rooms (not just cigarets).
Breakfast is good, different options provided on all 3 days we stayed.
Besides the noisy neighbors and smell in the room it’s a good stay.

Customer Service nightmare

Bathrooms in common areas were out of order, as was the pool.
TV was not synced to remote. Asked to have it fixed and front desk said Ishould have reported the issue sooner. That staff attending to those needs leave at 3 p.m. daily (I reported it about 2:20 p.m.)
Called from my room at 2:40;p.m. as a 2nd request. Was told staff was gone fo the day. So I asked why staff was allowed to leave early. The line disconnected.
5 minutes later, there was a knock on my door; it was the front desk clerk (female) and someone from housekeeping.
They were able to sync the remote and TV.
Customer service was horrible. Likely not going back.

Room smelled and bed was very uncomfortable. Felt and heard the springs in the mattress

Clean and friendly staff. Good location for take out food and close to allot of stores.
