The trip was a great experience and the staff were compassionate and empathetic to my needs because I was traveling without a cell phone.

Comfortable stay for 1
Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsI loved the room I got with the king size bed but would’ve loved a microwave in the room. The room itself was very comfortable for one person. I did stay in another room later as part of another reservation but won’t discuss that on this review.

Overall a good experience. Affordable rates. Disappointed room was not cleaned and towels not replaced one day even though I put out card for room to be serviced.

It wasn’t the most quiet; neighboring apartment building had a dog area and train was close by. I wouldn’t expect differently from a downtown Chicago location. It was a short walk to the train, there were nice local restaurants. Building and our room was clean and inside was quiet. Staff were efficient and courteous.
