I didn’t like they didn’t offer continental breakfast I like the bar at the hotel

I asked for but never got breakfast coupons. Despite being part of package. The rooms heat was disconnected and the windows open when I arrived, it was fixed in 10 minutes! They also fixed the windows that turns out were stuck open. Later the heat was unbearable no matter what we set the thermostat to.

stay was fine. workout room was very warm. not much food selection for dinner at restaurant.

Dislike:Our room (633) was right behind the elevator shaft- no insulation- it was as if we were in the shaft all night. Leaky shower. Like: great bar and bartender, impressive decor, sweet staff.
