Wouldn’t stay here again.
Publié le 17 févr. 2024 sur HotelsOne of the beds were broken, the tub wouldn’t drain after showers, and we found random things that belonged to previous guests so the room clearly wasn’t cleaned. We only stayed 1 night so when I told the front desk when we weee checking out they couldn’t care less.

Hotel was fancy with a whirlpool, fountain, fishtank with ciclids, and a granite counter in the room. Fishtank seemed to have about 20 times too many fish, which was not calming. Housekeeping knocked at 8:30 am and expected me to come to the door just to see if I was in there - why? The fridge was warm when I came and smelled like sour milk. They offered another room but I declined. With the cupboard door open, it worked fine and there was no smell. The front desk staff were courteous. Bed and linens were comfortable, and 1/8 pillows was flat enough to use. Overall good with some drawbacks.
