Bathroom was missing a shower curtain, phone didn’t have a dial tone. Asked for a new room and was given a room with the door being very difficult to open and close. Staff had to budge and push it open with their body weight. Towels were visibly soiled for a clean room being issued. Overall cleanliness of rooms was fair to poor.

Strongly avoid

Broken automatic front door, have fun getting through carrying luggage. Broken elevator, one that was working, had a loose panel and outdated inspection date. Dirty room, long hairs left on the toilet, and stuck to the bathroom wall. Put my business dress clothes on the shelf to begin hanging them up. The bottom dress shirt was covered in dust from the shelf. On going construction across the hall (noisy and probably the cause of the dirt). There was no shelf for toiletries in the shower. Enjoy your cold breakfast Lied about not being able to find my reservation on Google reviews.

Comfortable and clean but need a few upgrades .

The hotel rate was great! The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms decor could be undated.The breakfast was not so great. It was called a cold breakfast and it was cold along with the room it was served in. Looking at the hotel and reviewing the amenities it showed an indoor pool but the pool was actually outside and seasonal. Overall our stay was good but the breakfast and not having a pool is a game changer for us.

My room had no soap in it. I went to wash my hands after using the restroom and there was no soap. I went to the lobby to ask for some soap. They were out of soap! WTH? I should have spent the extra $40 to stay at the Marriott down the street that has good coffee and friggin’ SOAP!

No breakfast offered, other issues.

There was still no food at 7:30 when I had to leave. Advertising your location as providing breakfast when you don't intend to is blatently disingenous. I don't stay at hotels that don't supply a breakfast, so being lied to to get me there really burns. I was told they were getting to it... at 7:30??? One elevator broken. Lots of physical damage. Shower temps were opposite of the label. Bed was fine, though.
