Merveilleux séjour. Tout est parfait de l'accueil, au service, la qualité de la chambre. Tout est parfait. Pour ceux qui sont véhiculés, il est possible de se garer à une station de départ du métro pour 2 dollars la journée et ensuite de prendre le métro. Très pratique et moins onéreux que le train.

I like how comfortable and clean my room was. In the picture I assumed it was an oven in there..but i was able to make my suprise dinner work. But the breakfast did make my friend sick. But overall we enjoyed out stay

Customer service is a joke here. Darlene has to be one of the most rudest person I've ever met. From the beginning of our stay to the end she made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. The suite was dirty and outdated and reeked of smoke. I couldn't take a shower without getting a headache each time. Seriously if you value your money go elsewhere. For the price you will be greatly disappointed and disrespected by staff members. - If I could give 0 stars I would. On a positive note, Dede was absolutely fantastic and a pleasure to engage with. She deserves a raise.
