Place was very nice. My biggest riff was waitimg nearly half hr to be checked into our room. All they had was a sign at the desk, saying that the attendant stepped away to help a guest in their room. I waited for about 20 minutes, repeatedly calling the hotel Then I proceeded upstairs, thinking maybe they’ll be a cleaning lady or somebody up there There was some sort of receptionist upstairs, and she was the one that finally checked me in nearly a half an hour after I arrived at the hotel lobby desk

Everything was fine until Saturday, February 17. I ordered Uber eats on and had the delivery guy to leave with the receptionist. The delivery guy said he left it with the receptionist. I said I want to go get the food on my family members and when we got my family member got there, the receptionist immediately became defensive. I didn’t take it I’m not responsible for when you ask. Where is food? Maybe about an hour later we received a phone call from the reception like oh the guest found your food by the garbage can like what but anyway, as the night went on it got cold in the room we called the receptionist to tell her about the heat heating issue she said she didn’t have a maintenance on staff and gave us a heater Overall stuff for the mishap with the food everything was fine I forgot to mention that someone did walk in and her eating the food.

Expect to pay more for less

Ok, so unbeknownst to me, from when I booked to when we checked in, they now charge for parking.... in the suburbs... It's noted that "parking is available". This is due to the new rule where parking is $15 per day.. PLUS TAX to add insult to injury. We were shocked as it was to be quoted $5/ day but discovered the new upcharge when we left, via the receipt. Hotels.com? Zero interest in getting a refund for us, sticking to the line that they never claimed "free parking".. So, maybe I can wave off the next guy trying to land and discovering there are now spikes on the deck. All I got was a "sorry for any inconvenience", truly using that word in the wrong context. The price you see will be more by about $17/ day. Factor that in. In addition, breakfast is now 6-9am, no weekend adjustment. Deal with it. Pros: Great breakfast if you can hustle to get it Great location Cons: -No daily cleaning for anything less than 7 days -The price you see is not what you'll pay -Rooms are looking dated, furniture worn. Could stand some loving. - Parking is... well, other places local don't ding you.

Directions can be a little confusing but over all a very nice quite clean place

In major need of updating. Faucet on kitchen sink was loose, falling off. Headboard scratched up. The HVAC system terrible. Either too hot or too cold, impossible to get the temp right. Lousy toiletry options. Conditioner pump in shower was clogged/did not work..
