We had an amazing view of the river. Close to most of the downtown locations we came to see. Great breakfast buffet.

Hilton standards, great location, walkable to boat avenue, shuttle service offered, close to beach, lovely breakfast that they change everyday, nice restaurant, great gym, and wonderful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the Hilton Gardens Hotel Bangtao Phuket was. Reception staff superb, efficient and super friendly. Room was excellent and way better than expected. Dining good for dinner and for breakfast. With good quality choices. I was overall very impressed to be honest and can highly recommend the hotel to travellers.

The staff was great and ready to make my stay that much better. Even though the hotel provided a shuttle to the beach and into town, both areas were a pleasant 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Just enough to.burn off some of the extra calories from the great breakfast buffet. The shuttle is very useful after dark and a few drinks 😊. Definitely would stay there again on my next trip.

Property is nice, two good sized pools and food was good. Area is really nice and everything is walkable, if you don’t fancy the walk there’s a shuttle service which is really good too. My wife used the spa and although it’s off site they arranged to pick her up and she said she really enjoyed it. Bar staff are very hit and miss though
